Reports

The Reports menu groups PDF reports for users (/reports/users), computers (/reports/computers), groups (/reports/groups), contacts (/reports/contacts), printers (/reports/printers) and other directory data (/reports/others). Choose a report, configure its filters, then review the generated preview before exporting it. Results reflect the directory at generation time.

Scheduled reports (/reports/scheduled) generate PDF or CSV daily or weekly. Optional SMTP delivery attaches the result to email. Review the run history for failures and verify recipients before enabling a schedule. The server needs writable paths for schedule configuration, history and output, plus SMTP settings if email is used.

Reports on disabled users, password expiry, stale computers and security-related objects are useful for periodic review, but their numbers depend on LDAP data quality and filter scope.
